THE OBJECTIVE PURPOSE
Institution of the Environmental and Human Resources Development should enable to show its existence and confidence in obtaining steady achievements in pursuit its objective purposes by encouraging its function, not as just as independent activist, but as disseminator and acquisitor, and also as caretaker of the environmental preservation and conservation, or as servicer of the Human Resources Development and Improvement based on potentials of the local regions.
Owing to the age of the high technology, certain changes can take place at a more rapid pace amongst the developing countries which are still blessed with abundant diversified nature resources and beautiful nature, howsoever there is a fear that such drastic and dramatic growth and changes may accelerate deterioration. Such phenomena, anyhow can be seen through out the world. The natural deterioration and deforestation accelerated by exploitation of the natural resources, the increase of industrial waste caused by industrial development, and the flow of advanced transportation systems, environmental pollution, and the exhaustion of energy sources will likely further torture many countries which are already suffering from various problems such as over population, hunger, ethnic and regional conflict.
To prevent such predictable environmental impact issues and to inheritate natural resources and better living to our next generations, all countries and nations should take a part in providing useful measurement Know-How, exchanging current information and studies, experiences as the only exact way how to protect our earth from unaccidentally deterioration/catastrophe.
As an Independent Institution organizationally, there are also active movements , moreover various activities such as Tourism, Non-formal Education, Social economy, Industry, Information and Publication, Human Rights, Health and Sanitation, Anti Illiterate Campaign, so forth which are being projected based on priority scale in accordance with their urgents timely to be anticipated. In that manner, significantly the Institution is to enable to improve its function effectively and usefulnessly as a stakeholder in achieving its important objective; so that, the Institution is also to have to empower domestic potency and set a broad a network with other overseas Institutions or Organizations based on mutual understanding and cooperation; furthermore, the hope that the Institution will play a more important role , especially for the Environmental and Lives Safeguarding.
